Supporting Families

Supporting Families in Our Community:
Upcoming Programmes for Parents and Children At our Centre, we’re committed to offering meaningful support to families as they navigate the everyday challenges of parenting, personal growth, and life changes. This year, we’re delighted to share three upcoming programmes designed to strengthen family wellbeing, build confidence, and create safe spaces for both parents and children. Dates will be confirmed soon, but here’s a look at what’s coming.
Circle of Security Parenting Programme – Dates TBC
Parenting can feel overwhelming at times, and many parents wonder whether they’re responding in the “right” way. The Circle of Security Parenting Programme offers a supportive space to explore your child’s emotional needs and understand the behaviours that often leave parents feeling confused or frustrated. Through practical tools and gentle guidance, this programme helps parents build stronger, more secure relationships with their children. It’s all about strengthening connection, responding with confidence, and creating a calmer, more predictable home environment.
Personal Development Programme for Parents – Dates TBC
Parents often put themselves last – but your wellbeing matters too. Our Personal Development Programme gives parents the chance to focus on their own confidence, communication skills, and emotional resilience. In a relaxed and welcoming setting, participants explore stress management, positive self-care, and the everyday skills that make family life feel more manageable. It’s a chance to reconnect with yourself, build new strengths, and feel more empowered in both personal and family relationships. Rainbows Programme – Dates TBC
Children who experience bereavement or parental separation often need extra support as they process big feelings and changes. The Rainbows Programme provides a gentle, child-centred space where they can express emotions, build coping skills, and feel understood. Through age-appropriate activities and the support of trained facilitators, children learn that they are not alone and that their feelings are valid. It’s a safe, nurturing environment designed to help them heal and grow.
