We are delighted to announce the return of the Rainbows Programme 
at the @Killaloe/Ballina Community & Family Resource Centre , beginning on 7th May.
This 9-week group support programme offers a safe, welcoming space 
for children aged 10–12 years who may be experiencing bereavement or parental separation. Through gentle conversation, shared experiences, and age-appropriate activities, children are supported to understand and express their feelings 
alongside others who may be going through something similar.
Rainbows is not counselling, but a carefully designed listening and support programme that helps young people build resilience 
, connection, and confidence during difficult times.
At the heart of this programme is a simple belief: stronger families start with small steps.
